Sewrella Yarn is available one of two ways:

In Stock: our seasonal tonals are in stock and updated weekly. These colorways are available on a variety of bases and ship within 10 business days.

Collections: always a preorder! These colorways are available on lots of base options and ship within 12 weeks from the time of order placement, though this is subject to change as a result of collection popularity. If you have any questions about processing times for a current collection, please email us at hello@sewrellayarn.com

Our collections open one time only at 8pm eastern standard time on their launch day.

They remain open for 24 hours or until we meet our maximum order capacity for a 12 week fulfillment time.

Collection colorways and other items are not guaranteed to return to the shop once a collection closes so make sure to double check that you've got everything you need!

The best thing about hand dyed yarn is that every skein is unique! The exact same dye recipes are used for all of our skeins within a specific colorway and we have extremely strict quality control standards to keep color consistent. However, there are many factors that can affect the final skein and you will see beautiful variation among skeins of the same colorway, all matching the original recipe.

We stock primarily protein fibers with a focus on superwash merino wool.

Please reference each individual colorway listing for our up-to-date base options!

Depending on the season, we love to include special edition bases in our collections - these may include wool blends containing alpaca, silk, cotton, and other fibers and a variety of weights like bulky and super bulky.

Our yarn is always sustainably sourced & 100% museling free.

Thanks! Our custom printed boxes that you may see in photos on Instagram and on our website are used for all orders requiring a box to protect it's contents - breakable items, extra large orders, and select market items require boxes to ship and these will be in our custom printed packaging! To reduce waste and maintain efficient shipping costs for you, all other orders will instead be shipped in a recyled, compostable poly mailer.
