I knit this warm cinnamon colored hat designed by @toriknitsnyc in September and I’m still waiting for the temps to get chilly enough to wear it 😅 I held together a strand of Home Cinnamon Roll and Suri Lace PSL from Autumn Tonals. The feel of the ribbing - bounce from Home and cloud like softness from the Suri - is like nothing I’ve ever felt! Honestly HUGE value for the cost of making this project because I will wear it for years and years to come!
The Manhattan Hat pattern will need to be purchased separately on Ravelry here.

I am in love with this kit. It was the perfect amount to make two single brim hats, one toddler size and one child size, with some suri lace leftover. My new favorite handmade gifts!
The Manhattan Hat Kit is absolutely perfect! I made the Adult Medium size and had plenty of Suri lace leftover to make a second hat. The hat feels so luxurious and will be worn for years to come. I cannot wait to make another!
The Manhattan Hat
I picked 4 skeins of this up during the original drop in August and just now got around to using it. I'm so sad I didn't make something with it sonner because I need minimum three more garments made of this. There is zero splitting, it's super soft and wears wonderfully. I made the Flock Vest by Andrea Mowery with this yarn and it flew off the needles. Start to finish in 2 weeks! I'm so in love with it I just bought more yarn to make a second version for my sister. My fall/ winter knitting plans will now revolve around this yarn.
Sewrella yarn Mail is my favorite! Even with the oopsie sale (mystery one of a kind, or leftover collection colors) are a win in my book. Ashleigh’s take on colorways is undeniably her gift, and one that plays a big part in my wardrobe selections. I’ve been here since the beginning and have loved every minute of it. If you’re looking to up your garment pieces, check out the cashmere blend—you’ll love it!
Absolutely loveee the wool wash! I’ve been ordering Sewrella’s wool wash since she did her collab with Toni from TLYarncrafts! And they just keep getting better and better!
I casted all my other projects aside to make camisole no. 9 by my favorite things knitwear with this yarn. I wanted something lightweight and beautiful and this yarn delivers. I’m going to finish this project so fast just because of how much I love the yarn!
Could not be happier with my oopsie bundle! I requested muted/pastel green hues that play well together for a striped tee, plus maybe one accent color/bright pop. I got exactly that, and love love love these colors and all the different possibilities for combining them!
I wish I never bought these hooks. There is SO MUCH wrong with them, where do I start??
1) the price!! These are ridiculously expensive, and I may have been able to justify the price if they were good hooks, but there aren’t.
2) the cables! So horrible! And what burns me even more is that I had to spend another $15 + tax & shipping to get swivel cables, when the swivels are what should come with the hooks in the first place. Every time I try to use them, they constantly turn in my hand and force me to readjust at every stitch!
3) hook sizing!! The head of the hook is the proper size, however, the thumb rest is SIGNIFICANTLY larger. So after working about 8-10 stitches, they start getting stuck at the thumb rest, and then they open even more to accommodate the this part which is stretching out my stitches!!
I would give anything to get my $200+ back!! Ugh!

I just used my first Sewrella hand cream in Peony Petals - it reminds me of taking a spring walk and all the floral scents along the way. It’s creamy and absorbs fast and the smell is not over powering - I can’t wait to try her other scents. This hand cream will be a part of my crochet bag going forward!
