We're looking for a couple of detail-oriented, efficient, punctual folks who are motivated to learn, have a passion for hand dyed yarn, and have the ability to work independently. If that sounds like you, read on!
Studio Location: Apex, NC (candidates local to the Raleigh area only please)
Yarn Assistant
Hours: Full and part time positions available. Evening hours & weekend hours won't be required.
Responsibilities: Winding yarn, washing yarn, labeling skeins, packing and shipping orders, counting inventory, tidying and cleaning work stations, other miscellaneous tasks around the studio.
Pay: Starting $15 per hour, eligible for raise to $16 per hour after 60 day trial period.
Benefits: 30% discount on all Sewrella Yarn merchandise, all staff earn PTO on an accrual basis pending their 60 day performance review, full time staff are eligible for our 50% employer matched healthcare program via United Healthcare.
Other details: Must be able to work in the US, W9 must be filled out prior to first day of work.

Content Creator
Hours: Full time preferred but we're flexible for the right person. Evening hours & weekend hours won't be required. Must be local to the Raleigh area.
Responsibilities: Manage content and shooting calendars, organize samples and items required for content, sourcing equipment and props, assist in developing brand identity via social channels. Proficiency in knitting and crochet crafts is strongly encouraged as this role requires preparation for content such as creating swatches, preparing materials for tutorials, and the like. At this time we do not expect this content creator to be a customer facing position.
Experience: Prior work in content creation is valuable but not required. Experience in marketing, brand work, and/or social media management is encouraged.
Pay: to be discussed with the individual based upon experience.
