One of my earliest memories is being four years old, sitting on the floor of my living room, watching a commercial for Hooked on Phonics (the 90s!) and begging my mom to teach me to read. Throughout my childhood, reading was a huge part of my life. I often read at lunch or during leisure classroom time, I worked in my school library in high school, and I studied English Literature in college. Books could transport me to places I’d never reach outside my mind and that still feels like pure magic 💫

Novel represents that love of books and storytelling with a leather bound brown, deep and warm in undertone 🤎 Deep browns are really having a moment in fashion and home design, I hope to see the same in knitwear because it’s such a classic hue!
