I knit this warm cinnamon colored hat designed by @toriknitsnyc in September and I’m still waiting for the temps to get chilly enough to wear it 😅 I held together a strand of Home Cinnamon Roll and Suri Lace PSL from Autumn Tonals. The feel of the ribbing - bounce from Home and cloud like softness from the Suri - is like nothing I’ve ever felt! Honestly HUGE value for the cost of making this project because I will wear it for years and years to come!

The Manhattan Hat pattern will need to be purchased separately on Ravelry here.

Unfortunate color combo

I should have just picked the hat color that was knit up. I picked the Brown “Novel”color with the Cottage Suri lace. My swatch was super disappointing with the color combo. So personally I would not recommend that one. I wish there would have been sample swatches for the color choices. Not sure what I am going to do with the yarn now. The yarn is nice though.

I am in love with this kit. It was the perfect amount to make two single brim hats, one toddler size and one child size, with some suri lace leftover. My new favorite handmade gifts!
