meet the pattern library designers

The time has come! Our Pattern Library is officially live and we couldn't be any more excited! This has been a long 9 months working on getting everything as close to perfect as we possibly could and I have to say, I think we did it! Everything has come together so beautifully and we are so excited to share this with all of you (helping you bust through your yarn stash is pretty exciting too)!

On each of our patterns listed in the pattern library, you'll be able to read a little bit about each designer. With this being our launch week, I wanted to put a little something together so you could learn more about each designer featured this week!

Holly Woodward Designs

"Holly is a crochet designer with a clear focus on making clothes that not only fit every body, but make everyone feel great making and wearing them. In her patterns, you'll find a lot of simple shapes and stitches, bold colors and fun constructions."

Yarn Genie

"My love for crocheting and knitting launched in 2013. I started designing the following year for newborn and children photographers and their clients. I live in North Carolina with my husband, children, and our golden retriever fur baby. I am excited to share my patterns with Sewrella Yarn!" Jeanie is even one of our amazing yarn fairies at Sewrella HQ!

Elena and Kamila

"Hi! I'm Karla, the designer behind Elena and Kamila. I named my brand after my two daughters, who are the reason I taught myself to knit and crochet. When I was pregnant, I always pictured myself making them hats and blankets but it became so much more than that as I started to fall in love with the process of designing. My designs are all inspired by modern designs, simple stitches and the outdoors. I love providing patterns for new crocheters that are easy to follow and make them feel empowered to keep creating!"

Sewrella

"I designed crochet and knitting patterns before starting a flourishing hand dyed yarn company - now the two come together in our new pattern library! Find me sipping tea, watching Gilmore Girls, and sneaking in stitches while playing with my three sweet boys in North Carolina."
