knitflixalong!

We're having a Knitflixalong!

Knitflixing is one of our favorite hobbies over here at Sewrella Yarn. Sitting back relaxing with your feet up, watching a great movie or TV show, AND working on your latest project? What more could you ask for?

During the month of June, we've put together a calendar featuring all of the shows and movies that we are highlighting in our Knitflix Collection! We wanted to share some of our favorites with you 💕

Follow the calendar with us & work on your current project or pick one of the projects that we love from below! Make sure to grab your participation pin here!

We know that there's a lot listed on the calendar, but just try the first episode of each show (the lighter green), or try one of the amazing movies (darker green) and see if you find a new favorite to add into your knitflixing queue!

Right click on the calendar image above & save to your device. Open that file and print!

What am I making?

Since we're getting into the warmer months, I wanted to create something lightweight and fun, but something that I could also layer with depending on the weather. I decided on this SUPER cute vest by Holly Woodward Designs. This is the Ffion Vest and it's worked up in DK weight yarn. I love the simplistic design with the sweetest little detailing at the bottom. I can't wait to get this in my closet!

But what do I make???

With our latest collection launching, we thought it would be so much fun to put together a post with some designs that we think are perfect for those knitflixing days. These patterns require very little shaping and an easy pattern to follow so your eyes don't have to be glued to your project - very beginner friendly as well! Some of my favorite projects to work on while enjoying a movie has to be a blanket, I love how once you get started on a pattern it just flows from there! Also - it's a good sized project so it just calls for more knitflixing time in your schedule!
