Carson is one of the most respected and beloved characters in all of Downton Abbey, so a brilliant colorway in honor of him needed to happen!⁠

Inspired by the wall of antique brass bells in the downstairs dining hall behind Carson's seat at the head of the table, this tonal has layers of golden hues ranging from yellow to orange to green undertones. These layers emulate the wisdom of the Butler on staff at a grand house like Downton, as well as honoring the rich, full lives of the staff as a whole. One of my favorite parts of the series is the way that the stories of those in every position have the same amount of drama, romance, complexity, and interest. No matter their position, everyone's story deserves to be told 💗⁠
