The opening track on the Tortured Poets Department, and one of the songs I was most excited to hear as it features another favorite artist of mine, Post Malone! I love the way this song sets the tone for the entire double album, melodically and lyrically, with the music video providing visuals to put us inside the world of TTPD. It was easy to tell upon first listen that this album and era would be different.⁠

During the music video, Taylor wears a graphite grey turtleneck sweater that I fell in love with and immediately wanted to replicate. We made this charcoal, graphite tonal for Fortnight to achieve that same look, this color doubling as a representation of the forlorn sadness that surfaces throughout the album.⁠
